front kitchen: replace stove and rangehood (need to measure and purchase new stove). maybe carpentry/cabinetry to convert empty space into cupboard for microwave (maybe powerpoint for microwave).
rear kitchen: convert into laundry (remove old stove, clamp gas, install hot and cold water taps for washing machine).
consider also removing electric rangehood from rear kitchen.
