Erika requested 3 quotes from Renovators in Abbotsford
We have a very good idea about what we think we want. In summary:
- full gutting of existing kitchen (apart from one shelf)
- All (2) benches are to be in stainless steel (approximately 1.65 by 0.65 and 1.5 by 0.46 in size)
- All cupboards to be in white, low gloss vinyl wrap
- New wall cupboards measuring approximately 0.35 height by 0.3 depth by 1.4 length. The centre ones are to have doors but the two end ones are to be open.
- New bench/drawers on one side of kitchen against wall measuring approximately 1.5 length by 0.46 depth by 0.9 height. Three drawers across by two down
- The other side near the window will contain a sink and drawers/cupboards that is similar to the existing layout (but less in length to accommodate a wider cooker). The sink (to be stainless steel like the bench) is to integrate into the bench but we would like to be raised a little. The dimensions for the drawers/cupboards would be approximately 1.65 length by 0.65 depth by 0.9 height. Sink to be in same place as existing.
- Spashbacks are to be white tiles like the ones in this image: http://www.southerncrossceramics.com.au/Glass_7.html
- New cooker (induction and electric): http://www.harveynorman.com.au/belling-cm-electric-double-oven.html
- Modern handles
- Flooring - we're thinking charcoal tiles
- Rangehood - this will need to be recirculated as we don't have roof access. We're thinking something like http://www.harveynorman.com.au/electrolux-cm-canopy-rangehood.html
