We would like to put a kitchen downstairs which leads out to entertainment area. New design for kitchen & also possibly removing walls & restructuring bathroom & laundry.
At the moment it is a pool room with a bathroom & kitchenette off the main area. We need to find out if the walls are load bearing & can be removed. If this is possible we are looking at renovatiing complete downstairs area of about 90 sqm.
The other half of the area is a small granny flat.
