Kitchen bench lengthened extra 20cm

We moved into our new house last year, the kitchen bench wasn't the same length as the display house & the house specifications are not clear as to that lenght it should be.
the display house has a lenght of 110cm, ours has 90cm. we went to the building commission & they have ruled it as defective. we want a quote to pull out the existing bench top with drawers & replace it with the correct lenght, other work will be involved such as adjusting the floorboards to allow for the extra 20cm
