We would like to renovate our 2 bedroom unit. The renovation work involves:
1. New kitchen (polyurethane cupboards, glass splashback, essastone or equivalent, undermount sink, rangehood/ducting, water filter, electrical and plumbing). We will provide stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine.
2. New bathroom (tiles, mirror, taps, bathtub with glass shower screen, toilet, hand basin/vanity, exhaust fan, lights, electrical power points and plumbing)
3. Removal/disposal of walls (structural engineer has already issued letter that walls are non-load bearing)
4. Removal/disposal of old kitchen, old bathroom, and old carpet
5. Painting
6. Electrical lights and fans
7. Vertical Blinds
