Remove old stuff. Fabricate and install kitchen benchtop and cabinets with rangehood duct out to the atmosphere. Cooktop is brand new so will be refit on to new benchtop.
Fabricate and install Bathroom vanity. Remove old and install new shower wall tiles (two sides only - 90 cm W x 200 cm H). Basin sink on existing vanity in good condition so can be reused to fit on new vanity.
Rangehood, kitchen sink with mixture tap, bathroom vanity mixture tap and minor fitting items will be supplied on request with required dimensions.
