I have 2 bathrooms that need to be renovated plus a European laundry installed under stairs. With the main bathroom I would like this reduced to make the bedroom larger and make a walk in closet... On the bottom level bathroom I would like the laundry that is behind a cupboard removed and a bath placed in this space. A separate European laundry to be built under the stairs.

I want the shower over bath completely pulled out, re tiled and new shower fittings put on. Also Water egress from the shower, only during use , this to be fixed.
