Each door size approx 600mm wide x 2.4m high. Doors will be in white vinyl wrap with handles of choice included. * Silicone all control joints Waterproofing: * Waterproof entire shower area and bathroom floor to prevent dampness penetration using ABA Superflex membrane. Tiling: * Wall Tiling: Supply and lay tiles at 2.1m high to all shower walls. Lay mosaic tiles to entire vanity wall at cornice height. Lay a splashback above laundry trough. Remaining bathroom walls to be tiled bottom row only. * Floor Tiling: Supply and lay tiles to bathroom floor and shower floor. * Tile allowance at a tiles store is $30 psm. * Note: All grouts have been allowed and will be ABA flexible, colours to suit. Tile sizes allowed for are between 200mm to 500mm. Very large tiles, mosaics, granite and porcelain will be charged extra. The existing shower glass panel is to narrow and needs to be double the size. The existing hinge brackets are already in place. It would require a measure of glass size, arrangin the glass to be cut and installing the pannel onto the hinges. A relatively simple job. Due to the current glass panel being to small, it leaks a lot of water over the edge of the bath. The hinges panel is frameless and is only supported on two hinges. Regards Steve

Change of Kitchen Benchtop to White laminate - coming out like 200mm and two minor shelves as in word doc 5. Organize electrician to install switch and light (switch the lights of all the in the kitchen dining and living). The one in the middle goes into the 3rd room. 6. Organize plumber/sprinkle head installer etc – to sort out the council issues (preferable to just increase the sprinkle head coverage rather than to install a sprinkle)
