Make small main bathroom into an ensuite. Make one central bedroom into the main bathroom. Change position of doors for 3 rooms. Add and move built in cupboards, add wall to main bathroom and linen in hallway. Renovate Kitchen, enlarge existing pantry with possible sink in pantry. Paint the inside or can recommend painter at the end. I have a weatherboard house, wood floors on stumps. Is an ex-rental property that I will be returning to live in at the end of this year. At the moment I live in Brisbane and my husband is living in the Melbourne house with limited furnishings. Need someone that has great communication with my not being here often. Linda
