Tiling to be relaid includes floor tiles and wall tiles to 1.8m height in shower recess and then dropping to 1.2m behind vanity and bath. Skirting only along facing wall.

Tiled shower bath looks like it was never sealed properly on installation. Concrete pad under bathroom is wet. Water is pooling under the house from the shower seepage and the waste pipe from the... Tiled shower bath looks like it was never sealed properly on installation. Concrete pad under bathroom is wet. Water is pooling under the house from the shower seepage and the waste pipe from the shower appears also to be leaking. We want to replace the tiled shower bath with a 1500mm standard bath with shower head above. Portion of wall will need to be tiled as well.
