Internal alterations to rear of weatherboard house

Minor internal modifications to rear of single storey 50's weatherboard house.
- remove load bearing timber wall, install timber or steel lintel @ 7m span, box in & plaster. Single span metal roof over. Engineer's comps probably required.
-remove non-load bearing plasterboard wall @ 6m with couple of doors.
- frame, plaster & trim new partition wall to split 1 room into 2. Approx 5m with door & BIRs on both sides
- remove window and make good wall interior & exterior @ 1800 x 1500. Provide new window opening further along the wall and install new timber window.
- remove 1 old aluminum window. Repair minor water damage to surounds and fit new timber window in same opening.
- patch up / make good plasterboard, skirting, cornice etc due to knocked down & new walls
- minor electrical work to relocate light switches & power points.
Updating kitchen cabinets & new floating floor will be stage 2 after these works are complete.
