Plumbing is only replace taps over sink+little b'rm job. Electrical=shift pp about 30cm into corner and install extra pp inside wall unit for lights & another pp under wall unit, repair loose pp back of fridge and convert oldwires from stove to twin hotplate and 3 pin for micro wave oven. Remove/repl tile S'back+2 ends. Cut 2 holes in bench top for sink & cooktop. Install sink & cookplate. Replace vinyl floor aprox. 5sqM
