I will provide current floor plan and designed floor plan. I will add an extra toilet. Some I need someone to do plumbing as well. Probably I need to add some new socket on the wall, electrician is required. The floor plan is easy to understand. I need to someone can do the job during the Xmas period.. and can start the job ASAP. I'm happy someone to come and visit on site, then give the quote after inspection this weekends. Booking time is only available after 3:00pm this Saturday(28 Nov) and any time of this Sunday. (29 NOV).
Note: I have some additionally job to renovate the two bathrooms, kitchen and build a granny flat at the back yard.. I'm very happy to allocate those job to the same person. However, the phase 1 job (change structural job) should be done with high quality :）
