Raise floor to existing internal floor height and replace ceiling sheets. One existing wall to be removed and other existing walls to be re-sheeted including enclosing a sliding glass door for new kitchen. Plumbing also required as well as a new window. Quote to include new kitchen cabinetry. Existing laundry to be sheeted and current external door enclosed. Further work will include converting existing built ins to a walk in robe. VJ paneling to be installed in several rooms of the existing layout and some additional patch up work.
