The following work is required to start on the 18th February 2017
PHASE 1
1. Adding a wall directly in front of the entrance and closing it off
2. Removing the wall leading into the kitchen making it an open plan kitchen
3. Removing all existing cabinets / appliance from the kitchen
4. Removal of all material and tiles from the bathroom.
5. Remove existing wardrobe / carpet from the bedrooms.
PHASE 2
Once the kitchen and bathroom have been completed we will need assistance with
1. Overall painting of the house
2. Some electrical work ( possible re-wiring)
3. Putting new carpets
Points to consider:
1. We need somebody with home renovation experience
2. Work will involve some plumbing and electrical
3. Added bonus if you have experience with ikea kitchen and bathroom
4. Please quote your per day rate
