Our house was flooded in storms on 4th Feb by 3 foot (approx) of storm water throughout. The bathroom needs to be gutted and replaced. It is an insurance job. The bathroom is 2.45mx1.65m with shower over bath, toilet and vaniety (43x90cm). The floor is tiled over floorboards. The ceiling is 3m. There is minimal (approx 1 foot) sub-floor access. The walls are solid brick.
