14 yo shower, tiles in good condition, but grout has nearly disappeared in some arears. Also the clear glass showerscreen looks grubby (has a milky appearance) in places no mater how much I try to clean it. Also it the 3 part sliding screen does not close fully, and seems to be due to short string line at the top of the unit. Cost of regrouting needed, plus looking into whether glass is "cleanable" and hooking up new string/cord on sliding door.
