Granite Install: Small cutting and setting job of kitchen granite

We're 80% through installing a new kitchen in our reno project. Cabinets will be set in shortly, granite benchtops must be installed. We have the granite. It's finished and polished in the correct shape however needs a few cuts and a minor join.
Specifics:
* One straight piece will need a ~55cm length to be cut from it and joined to the existing ~2.1m length to cover new cabinets. All granite has polished overhang edges. Just needs a cut and join.
* Rectangle to be cut into granite island top for electric cooktop.
* Oblong shape with circular edges to be cut for over-bench sink mounting (elongated double round bowls).
* Minor leveling of benchtops and attachment to cabinets
