Garage conversion to rooms - need builder

We would like to turn our garage into 2 rooms and join it to the front door with a small entry/corridor. Requires
* Building in of current openings to garage. Already has roof and ceiling and 3 almost full walls - existing walls are concrete brick. The house itself is brick veneer (funny small rough surfaced concrete bricks)
* Internal walls needed (and built in cupboards)
* May need a floor floated over the existing concrete slab - depends on engineering/council requirements...?
Also we would like to remove a wall in the main house - this could be done at the same time, or as an individual job (if we can't afford the garage immediately we probably will at least do the internal wall).
I am trying to get a feel for the expense for this work and need some help from interested, fairly priced local builders :)
