Renovation of a 1910 house in disrepair. Location Kallista 3791
Description:
Internal renovation changing the layout of the space including new rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, windows and stairs.
Needed:
Foundations under existing second story
2-3 beams to hold up heavy roof
Removing and creating new plaster walls
Installation of new windows and Bi fold doors
Bathrooms - plaster, waterproof, plumb and tile, One renovation of existing bathroom, one new bathroom under existing bathroom
Kitchen - plumbing, installing appliances and cabinets - Kitchen to move 4m from original location
Stairs - new basic stair case in new location
Challenges:

Access off busy road with difficult driveways
Old house always throwing up challenges
