We need a full renovation on a brick 1950's 4bed house this includes new kitchen, new bathroom, floorboards to be sanded/polished, tiling to wet areas and carpets to bedrooms. Front fence to become brick wall. Knock down of internal walls to open up rooms. Underpinning/re stumping required!
Friendly clients who know what they want just need the expert to make it happen. We have a budget and are hoping to tick off the whole list within the budget.
Projects can be done in stages if required. We are happy to think outside the square so will make the job interesting. Also need to paint existing interior and replace shower.
