I require a fixed bid service that includes design. If you are not a kitchen designer please don't respond to this request. Kitchen to be gutted and re-done in a docklands tower > cabinets, benchtops, backsplash, plumbing, gas, electrics, floor tiling. Once the quote is in I will seek approvals. Also require a hinged laundry door to be changed to sliding and shelving built > electric wiring, door jam work and wall stud work required. Gas fire to be installed in lounge wall, vented, gas line extended, surrounded by feature wall and built in floating low line cabinetry. Bamboo flooring covering an area apx 80m2 to be installed.
