I want to fully renovate the bathroom - move the toilet and shower, change the cupboard to open from the hall, and fully re-tile.
a new shower/bath, vanity and fixtures will be required.
the house is a post war house with timber floorboards, raised about 1m above the ground.
water pressure within the house is relatively poor, so the old galvanised pipes may need to be replaced.
it is the only bathroom, but we can arrange to stay with friends so that the bathroom does not have to be usable during the works - i am keen to have the works done within the next 2 months
