1. knock through the wall separating the bathroom and toilet to create a single room
2. block up the door leading to the toilet from the hallway
3. remove the shower cubicle from the bathroom and put a shower and shower-screen over the bath.
4. install plumbing for washing machine and build a cupboard to create a 'european laundry' in the bathroom
5. install new handbasin
6. re-tile the floor and walls
