Hi,
I'm looking to have my bathroom renovated (small bathroom 6m2). Plumbing to remain where it is but new tiles and fittings installed (supplied by me).
Property is a 1980's 2 storey brick construction, so hopefully no nasty surprises.
I am flexible with timing but looking at mid-Oct / early Nov start date.
Looking for quality workmanship only - references and/or examples of previous work will be requested. Payment terms to be negotiated.
Here's what I'm after -
Toilet
Remove 2m2 floor tiles
Replace floor sheeting
Replace 2m2 floor tiles with 200 x 200 (plus 100mm tile skirting)
Install ‘P-trap’ back-to-wall toilet
Tile rear wall (approx 2m2) with 200 x 200 tiles
Bathroom
Demolish and remove existing bath, shower, vanity, wall / floor tiles and wall sheets where required
Replace floor sheeting
Wet seal throughout
Tile two wall areas floor to ceiling – approx 9 m2 total (300x200 tiles)
Replace floor tiling – approx 5m2 including shower base (200x200 tiles)
Replace sheeting to walls as required
Install standing vanity
Sand & cement bed to form shower area
Install tiled shower hob
Install ‘recess’ to shower wall
Fit bath with new cradle and tiled side panel
Alter existing or replace tiled upstand between bath/shower – likely to be 1000high x 500Long
Alter plumbing to suit new bathroom furniture – likely to be 3 x mixer taps - current plumbing remaining in place
Fit Towel rail
