We have almost completed Victorian Renovation and Extension. Last bit is replacing block weatherboard with new block (around front door and front window) and finishing the top triangle timber and small eave and installing bullnose galvanised verandah roof and replacing 4 posts. Making ready for electrician to install lights and security. Minor finishing around house (finish last (lowest weatherboard around front victorian section and a few skirting boards. Small job but want good quality as its a restoration. We have materials (timbers) and can pay for all materials. Just want labour charge.
