Fix leaking shower; replace damaged timber and waterproof shower

shower has missing tiles and has been leaking on and off for years. Probably damaging timbers under floor. Crawlspace under shower makes access easy. Shower is in it's own room and quite cramped. I'll consider removing wall between shower room and "bath"room to make shower bigger. I may be moving in the next few years so would like to avoid "full" bathroom renovation. I am able to tile and help.
