Fit a new kitchen in old laundry area

I want to put a new or refurbished kitchen into the old laundry/ sewing room (which includes removing the old laundry tub .and moving plumbing)and take the old kitchen out and put french doors/ranch slider in where the window above old kitchen sink is. also i need to remove an older wall mounted air conditioner and fill the hole in. as i have a weather board house the timber from the wall removal for the french door to be fitted will be suitable to be utilised to fill the gap.
i will need the electrician to fix some extra power points and switches in the house which need replacing.also i will be fitting a gas oven so will need my gas line extended into the new room.
