Ensuite with water damaged floor base (ie particle board) needs repairing. Fixtures and tiling have been removed already. Job requires as much as possible of:
- removing shower base and screen
- replacing floor sheeting in preparation for tiling
- re-installing a shower base and the existing shower screen
May require removal of some wooden floor boards to access full extent of water damage. Replacement (but not polishing) of removed floor board is nice if experience/interest permits.
Will attach photos to job to give general idea.
