Approved council plans are in place and available for quotation. The existing house is estimated to be 90-100yrs old, timber block fronted single storey Victorian. Currently 1 bedroom with outdoor bathroom. Plans approved to construct a two storey, two bedroom residence while maintaining some heritage elements (eg. facade & chimney). Existing land size is 90m2 and total area of new two storey residence will be approx. 120m2.
