Project Management and two of three (subcontracted) tradesmen very professional. Let down a little by the third. Overall, price was less than expected though can't comment on competitiveness since InstallEx were the only respondent to my job. Price for carpentry and electrical works seemed reasonable value for money but having watched what was done in terms of plastering, should have done that myself for the price quoted and paid.
