Convert shower base from tray to tile

I have two shower enclosures, both of their 900x900mm shower tray creak when in use (ie when weight is applied/shifted). One of these trays has a crack near the centre drain. I want to replace the tray with a tiled base and hob. I need the job completed such that it is ready for use, ie needs to include all materials and labour, plumbing (connect the drain), tiling (with appropriate gradient so the water drains), waterproofing and sealing etc. I want to reuse the existing enclosure. I am willing to assist with some labour, and can remove the existing enclosure and tray. I definitely want one shower done, and possibly the other as well depending on the price and quality of the first shower. I am flexible with my timeframe as I can use the other shower while one is being worked on.
