We have a huge shed we would like to keep a small space for storage and convert rest into apartment with kitchen, ensuite etc. it has power already, needs waterproofing, plumbing, gyprock etc, i am unsure on how good the concrete slab is and if it needs a new one. it will also probably need over sized doors as the garage door is huge
