I have an incomplete renovation job on kitchen, bathroom and toilet due to a tradesmen letting me down and not completing the work after 7 weeks so I terminated his services as it is unacceptable. Job has gone over budget as a result. I need someone to complete the work involving some tiling, painting, sewerage work (relocation of stink pipe and removal of old one and patching roof-Colourbond), sanding and staining/estopolling kitchen and toilet floors; fitting kitchen skirting boards, divider panel, pantry panel; finish carpet edging; finish window sill edging and around windows; build and affix shelving in computer room and other finishing off work as needed (paint, tiles, gyprock filling compound; skirting panels etc and some building material previously purchased and available)
