Complete small kitchen renovation
1) Removal of old kitchen
2) Removal of old aluminium window and replacement with double hung (or similar) wooden window with security (potentially crimsafe)
3) Removal of old slate tiles and re-flooring with either floor boards or tiles (not sure yet and may depend on price and/or other building issues)
4) Some plasterboard work to cover old walls (two walls)
5) Supply and install of kitchen cabinets, benchtop and splash back (quite simple design)
6) Some simple electrical work (replacing power points and lights etc)
7) Installation of oven, stovetop, range hood and kitchen sink
Price is obviously a key factor, however I would like a quality and reliable operator.
