En-suite needs complete re-fit as it dates to 1970. i want to relocate position of toilet.
a rumpus room runs alongside the en-suite in which there is a single toilet. this toilet is parallel to our en-suite. the rumpus room is currently accessed via our ensuite so i want the toilet to become the new shower of the ensuite so there will be a wall required to include this in area with the ensuite. the rumpus room also has a separate shower room & i wanted this changed into a powder room so the shower needs ripping out a toilet & new hand basin fitted.
