This is a 5 bedroom house divided in to two parts First is a 3 bedrooms, kitchen and living area, one bathroom and a toilet unit and the other one has a 2 bedroom and living area. I want to convert the living area in the second unit into a Open plan kitchen and a bathroom. I want to separate the house into two units. There is electrical, Plumbing, carpenter, construction etc work involved.
Separate the Electricals in the two parts of the house
Separate water connections for two units
Install a new bathroom with bath and toilet in the second living area
Install a new kitchen with cupboards and cooking appliances
Install air ducted heating/cooling in both parts of the house
Polish the existing floorboard throughout the house.
