I need 3 seperate quotes.
first quote for a handyman to remove old tiles and prepare bathroom for retiling. this includes removing existing tapware fittings, basin, remove toilet cistern only. bathtub remains. remove existing plasterboard ceiling. the quote will need to include provision for removing rubbish off premises also.
second quote for tiling. tiles supplied by me. the tiler will need to quote for surface preparation of all walls/floor,they supply villaboard etc and install or advise handyman to install, concrete/sand creed for floor. floor area 4.5msq wall area 17.6msq. adhesive, grout, bonding coats etc supplied by tiler. border in walls also. tile all up to ceiling. wall/floor areas provided above.
third quote for plumber to provide complete new drainage system as required in laundry for washing machine. install new plumbing fixtures and all necessary connections required as per bathroom accessories items. provide all fittings, valves and associated piping for above.provide and install silicone on vanity back.provide for tests and adjustments of systems.
