I'm planning to do a complete face-lift renovations very soon for bathroom and kitchen on an old 80's apartment unit.
i'm not sure about the bathroom size, but it's a small and compact tiled bathroom, comprising a bathtub with separate shower and toilet space and an extra small laundry space. from what i remember, the size should be approx 3.5mx3m.
kitchen renovation: is a secondary project, need to replace old cabinets with new ones, re-tiling, plumbing, all in one.
