Colourbond shed needs replacing or revamping

I have a colourbond shed that is approx. 4.5 x 7 mtrs. It has been extended in the past and it has a few leaks (both in the roof and on the concrete floor). I would like it either revamped or pulled down and replaced. I would like to plaster the inside and make it a rumpus room, so it needs to be totally waterproof. The concrete floor is uneven so it needs a new layer of concrete put down (I pressume). I also have other concreting that needs doing in my driveway and down the side of my house.
