I have architect diargams and waiting for a registered builder to do the job as requested by Melbourne City Council - Building Surveyor Department.
It is a very small job...puting a wall with some windows and sliding doors in an existing apartment. Don't worry about parking - it will be provided at Southbank
As for floorboards - i will provide the laminate, underlay and skirting. it is only 49sqm of floorboards.So i can't see how expensive it would be

As tenants are there - it needs to be done quickly so as not to disrupt them.
