1. Build of the wall and door and window (painting sections to cover out plastering where required)
2. Carpet Removal
3. Lay laminate floorboards (48-49sqm) – I will provide laminate and underlay (builder to provide expansions and quads etc…)
4. Change of Kitchen Benchtop to White laminate - coming out like 200mm and two minor shelves as in word doc
5. Organize electrician to install switch and light (switch the lights of all the in the kitchen dining and living). The one in the middle goes into the 3rd room.
6. Organize plumber/sprinkle head installer etc – to sort out the council issues (preferable to just increase the sprinkle head coverage rather than to install a sprinkle)
