Hi! i'd like to build a brand new shower room inside my laundry. works include relocating an existing robe which has a ducted tube inside; establish a plaster wall and door; all tiling (floor & wall); plus another wall (around 2.5m high & long) between kitchen & dinning area. i will buy tiles myself. the whole area is about 2m long & 1m wide. your job will include instal a vanity i've bought as well. the price bracket i indicated will be including pluming & electrician jobs as well. if you are interested please contact my mobile. cheers.

I have given it a lot of thoughts before I write this comment. The builder came in early Nov 08 and I've only decided to give him a rating now (Apr 09). If you want to have a lesson to learn like me, go for him. If you weren't challenged enough by the mess & financial commitment to your renovation, he can help! He gave me really cheap rate. He came in to work briefly to take the deposit & commencement fee, which was more than half of the price. He then became the person hardest to find. He made many promises but you just don't expect him showing up. I thought I'd give him some more time as he might be busy before Xmas, but after was no difference. He was still promising and still no showing up. I didn't see he has an intention to finish the job so requested a refund. He quickly turned around to say that he was waiting for me to get a permit! Tricky, isn't he! I think I'd just give you some ideas of this man and wish to tell you all that I'm still having the destroyed room and he is still hanging on to my money. He is still enjoying something he does not deserve. I hope you all have better luck than me, and happy renovating! There is a lot of courage of saving up for your dream house and everyone deserves a fair & honest tradesman, who is paid to help fulfil the dream. Let's just say "what goes around, comes around".
