We're wanting to rip out our bathrooms (1 small and 1 medium sized) and start afresh. With the small bathroom, we simply need to replace everything (toilet, shower system, vanity and minimal tiling) whereas with the ensuite, we want to install a shower over the bath, a new (bigger vanity) and toilet plus minimal tiling. My father is a plumber so we're wanting to get him to do the plumbing works but need someone who can do the rest. We will purchase all of the fittings also. The only structural work would be the frame for the bath (we think) as well as a modification to a door way (to make it smaller)
