Want to update the bathroom in our unit before renting it out; the bathroom configuration will stay the same, replacing old for new vanity, shower, bath, toilet, in the same spots. Prefer start late Jan / Early Feb.
Approx. room sizes:
•Bathroom 1.8 x 3m
•Toilet: 0.8 x 1.6
•L shaped corridor between the two: 2.7m2
Job includes:
•Bathroom and toilet strip and dispose (note: the L shaped corridor is not tiled; old tiles in other areas need to be removed, and tiled cement shower base)
•Plumbing (the new shower, vanity, bath will all be in the same spot as the old ones), waterproofing, install shower base (acrylic or fibreglass) and bath/adjust hob for new bath
•Tiling (tiling area includes about 7m2 floor for bathroom, toilet, and corridor area between them; and about 7m2 for walls behind vanity and bath, beside bath, and shower walls)
