i got a call the next business day from Stuart, who was very pleasant , i gave him a brief description of the job, and we set a date for him to come look and give me a quote, on a particular day at 9.00am. I took a half day off work and waited the whole morning, he never showed up. i called my brother to wait in the apartment the other half day while i went to work, hoping he would still show up, But nobody showed up, and no one even bothered to give me a call afterwards up to today.
