Two jobs
JOB 1:
Upstairs bathroom renovation of small upstairs, en suite size, jack and Jill (joining doors to two bedrooms) bathroom. Currently has 3/4 bath/shower, old toilet with pipes visible and an old vanity. Nothing can be done in terms of remodeling the room so just a simple updating job. Change existing bath/shower into just a shower, replace toilet with a back to wall one and update vanity and mirror. Will also need to be fully re-tiled and waterproofed.
JOB 2:
Remodel of downstairs bathroom/laundry. Currently has old toilet, again with pipes exposed, washing machine, dryer and a sink. Will need a reconfiguring of the room and addition of a bath preferably or if not just a shower and cupboards for storage space. Will again need to be fully re-tiled and waterproofed.
Total budget for both jobs is 15K.
