Attached is the dimension of the bathroom and pictures of the bathroom.
Current state of bathroom has old tiles (needs removal), waterlogged chipboard underneath (remove and new chipboard). The bathroom was not waterproofed and no cement fibre board underneath (it was tiles stuck directly on top of chipboard). Water is leaking through the shower cubicle into the floor below and ceiling is caving.
Laying cement sheet, waterproofing, installing shower cubicle and acrylic wall, and floor tiling. Any recommendations accepted. I will provide for the floor tiles and acrylic wall.
Starting budget of $3,000.
Job located in a duplex unit of apartment building with reserved tradie carpark and lift access through the main elevator. Melbourne CBD, 3000.
