  Need to complete a bathroom renovation by the end of February 2019.
Below is an outline of requirements

• Re-sheet walls and ceiling
• Install new sub-flooring base (FC Sheeting) TBC
• Screeding (if required)
• Complete waterproofing, membrane to Australian Standards (AS)
• Install shower and floor waste drainage
• Tiling of bathroom walls & floor
• Install vanity and Vanity Basin Pipe Waste
• Install side cabinet
• Install 10mm thick shower frameless glass & fixtures
• Plaster ceiling
• Paint ceiling (Dulux: Vivid White)
• Install downlights
• Install exhaust Fan
• Install electrical switch (3 Way)
• Install robe hooks

• All Wall & floor tiles
• Ceiling plasterboard (2 sheets)
• Vanity and side cabinet
• Shower Frameless glass
• Downlights (x4)
• Electrical switch
• Exhaust fan
• Robe hooks (x4)
• Tapware


Items needing to be supplied by Contractor:
• Subfloor base (FC Sheeting) ##

• 600-800(l)x75(w)mm Stainless Steel (304 Grade) linear shower drain waste ^^ (with tile Insert)
• Square floor waste (304 Grade) with tile Insert ^^
• Frameless glass fixtures to suit
• All waterproofing materials etc
• Tile adhesives, grouting etc
• 3mm thick finishing Stainless Steel or Aluminium plate at Door threshold

• 40mm P Trap Vanity Basin Pipe Waste to suit Supplied Vanity unit. (## TBC)

• PVC pipe connectors etc.


Note 1
Shower head and plumbing location may need to be adjusted to suit. (TBC)

Contract Electrician required to install downlights, exhaust fan and electrical switch. (AS)

Note 3
Demolition of the small bathroom (under 2000 x 2000mm) has been completed with the removable of all Wall/s and ceiling asbestos to AS, as well as, All floor tiles & concrete slab, and fixtures and fittings.
All existing hardwood timber structure/framework have been denailed and the area is clean and ready for immediate start.
The house is on concrete stilts (not slab) and the bathroom has 3 internal walls and one external.

Note 4
Draftman Floorplan, Elevation and Reflective Ceiling Plan have been complete and will be supplied as a PDF to scale (A3 size).
