I have a bathroom in an investment property in Runcorn, Qld with a leaky shower. I need to get the shower fixed before my insurance can fix any damage in the walls due to the leak. I have decided my best course of action is to completely renovate this 1980's 1.8m x 2.6m bathroom. I want to replace the existing shower, vanity, bath and adjacent toilet, along with retiling. A standard 900x900 shower, 900 vanity and 1500 bath fits in the space comfortably. I can provide photos of the current bathroom.
